During your interactions with ETS Mondésir (contact form, WhatsApp, email, order), we may collect:

• Your phone number / WhatsApp
• Your email address (if provided)
• Your delivery address (for orders)
• The details of your order or project
• The WhatsApp or email exchanges related to your file

We do not directly collect banking data. Mobile Money payments are managed by MTN/Airtel according to their own policies.

3. Why do we use your data?

Your data is used solely for:

• Responding to you and preparing your quote
• Managing your order, delivery or installation
• Providing follow-up and after-sales service
• Informing you (only if you have requested it) of our new offers

We do not use your data for automated profiling purposes.

• The ETS Mondésir team directly involved in your file
• Our carriers or logistics partners, solely for delivery purposes

They are never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Under any circumstances.

Your data is retained for the period necessary to manage your commercial relationship with ETS Mondésir, and for a maximum of 3 years after your last interaction. Data related to public contracts may be retained longer in accordance with Congolese legal obligations.

• Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data
